Интеграция Битрикс24 с Asterisk

Нужно доделать интеграцию Битрикс24 с Asterisk.
1. Не закрывается карточка исходящего звонка после его завершения. Проблема в том, что не передан параметр call_id.
2. Не отображаются пропущенные звонки в чате битрикс24.
3. С битрикса нельзя набрать номер, если в нем есть пробелы или другие символы.
Коробочная версия Битрикс24, Asterisk на базе Sangoma Freepbx.

У вас своя интеграция битрикса с астериском? call_id вроде не проблема передавать, если хоть что-то уже передается. В номерах и не должно быть пробелов и тем более других символов, можно или исправить все номера в Битрикс или корректировать номера при звонке.
