I can help with the integration of CRM with dental scanner services. I have experience working with APIs, CRM systems, process automation, and third-party service integrations. I would like to clarify:
1. What stack is the CRM developed on?
2. Which scanners need to be integrated in the first phase (iTero, Sirona, Medit, and others)?
3. Do you have access to the API and documentation of these services?
4. What specific data should be automatically uploaded to the CRM: scan files, patient information, order status, metadata, etc.?
5. Is bidirectional synchronization required or just data import into the CRM?
6. Is it necessary to automatically link files to existing patients/orders?
7. Where should the files be stored: in the CRM, on a server, or in a storage solution (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)?
8. Is there a testing environment for development and integration verification?
9. What deadlines and budget are you considering?

I would allocate 27,000 UAH not as the entire integration of all scanners, but as the first technical stage - analyzing access, exchange scheme, prototyping file auto-fetching from one service, and assessing other connections. The total cost for full implementation of several services will likely be higher because iTero, Sirona, and Medit have different access rules, file formats, and developer cabinet limitations =/

It’s better to proceed in stages - first, a map of sources and storage rights, then one stable connection module, file upload queue, linking to doctor - laboratory - order, error log, and retries. After that, other services can be added according to the ready template, without improvisation on the live CRM. Note, the nuance here is that the most expensive part is usually not downloading the file, but reliable identification of the case and patient without duplicates.

Questions
> Are there already partner accesses for iTero, Sirona, and Medit, or do we need to register separately?
> Should files only go into the CRM, or is processing, statuses, notifications, and version control needed?

Good day!

I have already worked with similar integrations for medical CRMs — connecting external services, automatic retrieval and synchronization of files from scanners (iTero, Sirona, Medit, etc.), as well as processing data in the internal system.

I can implement a stable integration pipeline so that files are automatically pulled into the CRM without manual actions and correctly linked to patients/orders.

I suggest we briefly discuss the architecture and access, after which I can propose the best technical solution for your system.

Good day, Yevgeny!

I have skills in analytics, strategy, and experience that will help your business with marketing. I understand that you are looking for a specialist to integrate scanner modules into the CRM system. I have experience in developing solutions for automating processes between dentists and laboratories, including the integration of iTero, Sirona, and Medit services.

Your task is important for improving customer service. I understand the specifics of the dental industry and the challenges of integrating different systems. To provide specific proposals regarding costs and timelines, I need more information: has a semantic core been previously gathered for the project?

I propose an action plan for integration:

1. Preparation of semantics, if it has not been done yet.
2. Analysis of competitors' solutions to study their approaches.

Good day! I have done similar integrations — automatic fetching of files from external services into CRM via their APIs (recently fixed an integration with the Google Ads API). I will take on your task: connectors that automatically retrieve scans/files from iTero, Medit, Sirona and compile them into your CRM without manual actions.

Stack — Python (or Java, if your CRM is on it) + background synchronization in queues, so new files are pulled automatically.

I suggest starting with one scanner as a working pilot: I will quickly show a live flow file→CRM, then connect the rest in the same way — this way you see the result before the full delivery.

Please clarify: which services do you already have developer access or partner account for (iTero Cloud, Medit Link, Sirona Connect)? And which scanner is the priority to start with? This will determine whether we pull through the official API or through their export.

I am ready to show examples of my integrations in the chat.

Hello!

I am doing integrations where files from external services are automatically pulled into the CRM. For the task — iTero, Sirona, Medit, etc.: automatic retrieval of scan files and linking them to cards in your CRM.

What I will do:
• Connect to sources: API where available; for services without an open API, we will agree on a mechanism (export folder/connector/incoming email).
• A background service that retrieves new files, normalizes them, and places them in the CRM linked to the doctor/laboratory/patient.
• Logs, error handling, retries, notifications of failures.

To assess accurately: which services are a priority and how do doctors currently send scans (portal/email/software)? This will determine the integration method for each.

Evgeny, could you please tell me what stack the CRM is developed on (backend/frontend/DB) and if there is access to the API documentation for iTero, Sirona, Medit, and other systems for integration?

Good day! I am doing integrations with scanners as a separate connector: the service pulls STL/PLY for each case and attaches it to the patient in your CRM. The nuance here is that each vendor provides files in their own way — iTero through Align Cloud, Medit through Medit Link API, and Sirona often only through Connect Case Center, so sometimes there is a live API, and sometimes you have to catch a webhook for case export. Which scanner has the most flow for you — I will start with that one to quickly establish a working channel, and I will connect the rest in the same way. Please also let me know how the case is linked in the CRM — to the patient card or to the order number? This affects how to correctly match the files.

We already have a nearly ready foundation for such integration - it can be quickly adapted to your CRM and discussed here now, I'm available ))
Regarding the rate of 27,000 UAH, I see a realistic first stage of 10 working days - connecting one service, a general mechanism for automatically pulling files, and a scheme for other scanners.
Look, there's a nuance - different manufacturers have different rules for providing STL, PLY, OBJ, DICOM, so it's better to go through available APIs, webhooks, or partner cabinets, rather than guessing through folders and manual exports.
The AI part can also be connected beneficially - checking the completeness of the case, laboratory hints, processing statuses, and notifications for problematic orders.

Please clarify, what stack is your CRM on and where are the scan files currently stored?
Are there already partner accesses to iTero, Sirona, Medit, or do we need to start by checking connection options?

I understand the task: there is your own CRM for working with dentists and laboratories, and it is necessary to integrate scanner services (iTero, Sirona, Medit, and others) so that files are automatically pulled into the CRM.

The key here is how each service provides data externally, as they are different. Some have a cloud API and webhooks for new cases or scans, some have exports through their export feature, and some are linked through file exchanges in standard scan formats. Therefore, the first step will be to document the data retrieval channel for each service: official API, partner access, or export. This will determine what can be done directly and where an intermediary exchange is needed.

Next is the integration layer, which retrieves new files from each source, associates them with the relevant patient or order in your CRM by identifier, and stores them in the record. Each event is idempotent and logged to ensure that one scan is not duplicated and nothing is lost during a connection failure.

I constantly work on integrations with external APIs and automating data retrieval; this is my main area.

Please let me know: do you already have access to the integration APIs or partner portals for iTero, Sirona, and Medit, or does this part also need to be developed? And does your CRM have an API for file uploads?

Good afternoon, Evgeny.

I can connect to the integration of scanners with your CRM.

I have experience with APIs, CRM logic, automation, files, databases, and backend integrations. For the task, I see that we should not immediately start writing code, but first understand which services actually provide access to files via API or dashboard: iTero, Sirona, Medit, and others.

I would start with a brief technical analysis: which scanners are a priority, in what format the files come, where they are currently stored, how your CRM is structured, and whether we just need to link files to the patient/order or also change statuses, notify the laboratory, and maintain a history of uploads.

Do you already have API access/partner dashboards for iTero, Sirona, Medit, or are the files currently being exported manually and we need to figure out how to automate this?
