We would start with a brief design of the data model - which entities we pull from 1C, how we update the data, where we calculate the metrics, how we check the correctness of the formulas. Next - loading into BigQuery, a layer of intermediate tables, access rights, test dashboards in Looker, and stabilization during the pilot.
