Потрібно саме в веб сайт ( можливо по api) підключити сервіс https://www.aurasma.com/ або ж інші схожі

Результат має бути таким - що користувач в місті наводить смартфоном на певне зображення - а там буде включатися відео. Зараз більшість сервісів таких працюють через додаток але мають апі яке мабуть можливо підключити до веб сайту. І користувач саме у відкритому браузері на нашому сайті буде наводити на щось - що буде видавати певний контент.
Бюджет не ставлю - до обговорення.

Все сторонние рещения потому и через приложение ето реализуют, так как браузер с его скриптовыми сценариями не для таких вещей.
Даже если закрыть на это глаза остается написание динамического интерпретатора на js который будет принимать видеопоток и обмениваться им с сервером.
Ах, да, этот самый видеопоток надо забрать, состыкавать с каждым мобильным браузером и осью.
Звучит как-то слишком круто - приложение проще и более результативно. -
