We are looking for a freelancer to set up a complete email funnel for our online store on OpenCart 3. Ongoing support is not required, but further collaboration is possible if needed.
Tasks:
Connecting and integrating Klavio with OpenCart 3 (via modules or API).
Setting up automated trigger emails:
- View abandonment - viewed product (A viewed product is when a person has just viewed a product but did not add it to the cart and receives a series of emails with a variable indicating which product they viewed).
- Abandoned cart (An abandoned cart is when a user has added a product to the cart but did not proceed to checkout).
- Abandoned checkout (An abandoned checkout is when a person clicked the button to proceed to payment but did not pay).
- Automatic price drop notification - a price drop notification alerts customers when the price of a selected product decreases, encouraging them to purchase.
- Welcome series.
- Post-purchase flow
- Customer Winback - automation for returning customers that sends a series of emails to those who have not made purchases for a certain period of time. It encourages them to return with personalized offers, discounts, or reminders about their favorite products.
Segmentation of the database and personalization of emails.
