The project was not completed. The contractor assessed the project at 3000 UAH and 3 days, confirming that "everything is clear" and "will do it quickly." After the work started, critical dependencies and requirements regarding the Google Ads API began to emerge, which, in my opinion, should have been communicated before agreeing on the deadlines and budget.
From my side, I:
* provided access;
* extended deadlines;
* maintained communication;
* awaited a response from Google regarding token/access.
No new tasks or changes to the terms of reference were added.
After the delay, the contractor began to demand additional payment (+1000, then +2000 UAH) without any change in functionality. Moreover, the completed and working result was not delivered.
Also, during the collaboration, the contractor informed that obtaining Google access could take even months, although at the start the timelines of "3 days" and "I will do it quickly" were stated. In the end, lost time, frozen funds, and an uncompleted project.
