Integration of Kommo CRM → Google Ads (offline conversions)
It is necessary to integrate between Kommo CRM and Google Ads to transfer offline conversions.
The logic is as follows: when a deal in Kommo changes to the status "Closed Won," automation should trigger and send a webhook. In this webhook, we pass the gclid, the date of the deal closure, and the amount (if available).
Next, this data needs to be received and sent to Google Ads as an offline conversion. This can be implemented either through Make or through a small server — whichever is more convenient, but it should work reliably.
It is important that conversions are not sent without gclid and that there is no duplication. It is also necessary that the date format meets the requirements of Google Ads.
As a result, I want to have a working integration so that when a deal is closed, the conversion automatically appears in Google Ads, plus a basic check that everything is functioning correctly.

The contractor assessed the project at 3000 UAH and 3 days, confirming that "everything is clear" and "will do it quickly." After the work started, critical dependencies and requirements regarding the Google Ads API began to emerge, which, in my opinion, should have been communicated before agreeing on the deadlines and budget.

After the delay, the contractor began to demand additional payment (+1000, then +2000 UAH) without any change in functionality. Moreover, the completed and working result was not delivered.
Also, during the collaboration, the contractor informed that obtaining Google access could take even months, although at the start the timelines of "3 days" and "I will do it quickly" were stated. In the end, lost time, frozen funds, and an uncompleted project.
