Максим, возможно, Вы не правильно поняли задачу. Мне не нужно расширение или что-то дополнительное к к сервисам.
Мне нужно лишь интегрировать CRM с Календарём по API так, чтобы когда я создаю задачу в CRM, мгновенно создавалась встреча в Календаре.
Для примера, так работает интеграция Календаря с pipedrive.com — можете зарегистрироваться и посмотреть детальнее. -
Сергей, возможно, действительно неправильно понял задачу. Можете уточнить некоторые моменты?
1. Ваше решение из коробки с открытым исходным кодом или это какой-то add-on к данному онлайн сервису?
2. Я почитал документацию, действительно у обоих продуктов есть API, но чтобы настроить их взаимодействие нужен сторонний сервис, который будет в сети 24/7. Смысл в том, что в готовый продукт (CapsuleCRM) не получится внести кусок кода, который будет синхронизировать все даты. То же самое и с API Google Calendar. Как Вы заметили в pipedrive есть готовое решение, однако это тот же демон, который работает на серверах pipedrive - то есть он включен в функционал. В CapsuleCRM подобной функции нет, выход - написать ее самому и запустить на сервере или локальной машине. Если у Вас есть сайт, реально интегрировать этого демона там. + Те же аддоны - это не более, чем такой же демон, но уже на серверах разных компаний.
3. Если я опять неправильно Вас понял или у Вас есть замечания к моим выводам, я открыт к диалогу и сотрудничеству. Думаю, решение придет после уточнения всех деталей.
