Суть в том что нужно:
1) запустить шаблон;
2) иметь доступ к изменениям и настройкам сайта (совет в какой програме это делать, чтоб я мог менять фон, текст, добавлять вкладки статьи...);
Нужно с 2-х сайтов слепить свой, вначале самый простой примитивный, а потом буду наполнять его, товарами и статьями. Возможно есть попроще какой то дизайнер сайтов, а то PHP editor, что то на первый взгляд сложноват, пробую сейчас разобраться c wordpress.
