Project Description:
A video surveillance system is required for a private house with 6–8 IP cameras, featuring recording, object detection, face recognition, audio analytics, and integration with a Telegram bot. The system operates 24/7 on specified hardware (laptop with Xeon E-2176M, 32 GB RAM, Nvidia Quadro P5000, Google Coral TPU, HDD for archiving).
Main Tasks:
Receiving and recording RTSP streams (FullHD + Sub Stream) from 6–8 cameras, storing video on HDD.
Object detection (person, car, animal) on Sub Stream using Google Coral TPU (MobileNet SSD/YOLO, TF Lite).
Face recognition on Main Stream (CPU/GPU), comparing with the "Own" database.
Audio analytics: volume detection, optionally — sound classification.
Configurable rules: triggers by time, zones, objects, faces, sounds.
Telegram bot: alerts (text, screenshots, video), commands (/status, /get_event), adding faces to the database.
Optionally: web interface for configuration and viewing.
Logs, API (RESTful), containerization (Docker).
Requirements for the Performer:
Experience with Python (OpenCV, TensorFlow Lite, PyTorch/TensorFlow), knowledge of Go/C++ as a plus.
Skills in working with RTSP (GStreamer/FFmpeg), FastAPI/Flask, PostgreSQL, python-telegram-bot.
Understanding of ML/CV: object detection, face recognition, optimization for TPU/GPU.
Experience with Docker and setting up 24/7 systems.
Ability to work with specified hardware (laptop + Coral TPU).
Conditions:
