We understand the task: you need not a FAQ bot, but a full-fledged AI seller for Telegram and the website, which consults clients on furniture, stairs, doors, and interior solutions, works with a knowledge base from PDFs/pricelists/FAQs, asks qualifying questions, makes preliminary calculations, and transfers the completed lead to Bitrix24 along with the correspondence, project parameters, and source of inquiry.
In terms of architecture, we envision the MVP as follows: a Telegram bot on Node.js / Nest.js or Python, an AI core on OpenAI GPT-4 with a RAG knowledge base, a vector storage using Supabase pgvector / Qdrant / Pinecone, processing of PDF catalogs and pricelists, a separate module for calculators for furniture, stairs, and doors using rule-based logic + function calling, integration with Bitrix24 via REST API and webhooks. This approach will allow not just answering questions, but guiding the client through the sales logic: clarifying dimensions, materials, type of construction, finishing, installation, budget, and after that creating a structured lead for the manager. We estimate the MVP with Telegram, a knowledge base, preliminary calculations, and Bitrix24 at approximately $1500–2000 and 2–3 weeks, finalized after reviewing materials, calculation formulas, and CRM fields.
There are several important questions: Are the PDF catalogs and pricelists already structured or is part of the data in scans? Are the calculation formulas for furniture, stairs, and doors already available or do they need to be formalized with you? Are the funnels, fields, and lead sources already set up in Bitrix24?
