Managing Instagram and TikTok for an immersive project in Los Angeles (1 month)
Neonika is an immersive space in downtown Los Angeles at the intersection of entertainment, social media, and digital culture. We are looking for a content manager to handle Instagram and TikTok: producing short videos, daily story design, working with trends and community.
What needs to be done within the project:
- A content plan for the month broken down by platforms and formats — within the first 3 days.
- Production and publication of 20 short videos over the month (Reels and TikTok): editing from provided sources, adapting for each platform, writing texts, and selecting music.
- Daily story design on Instagram: at least 3 stories per day (about 90 for the month).
- Writing texts for posts and videos, selecting hashtags and keywords for platform algorithms.
- Responses to direct messages and comments: daily checking and processing.
- Working with user-generated content and content from authors: selection, approval, repackaging for platform formats.
- Tracking trends and quickly launching ideas: at least 4 trending videos per month.
- Basic content analytics: weekly report on reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Coordination with the marketing team: participation in weekly calls (once a week, 30–45 minutes).
What the client provides:
- Access to Instagram and TikTok accounts
- Sources for content (videos and photos from the venue, materials from authors and visitors)
- Brand guide and tone of communication
- Access to the marketing team for approvals
Project goal: a regular flow of content for platform algorithms, growth in reach and engagement, developing content connections that can be scaled.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience working with the American market, preferably with Los Angeles
- Good English (texts, communication with the audience)
- Understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms
- Sense of trends, meme culture, entertainment, and user-generated content
- Independence, speed, initiative
- Able to work in a startup mode without lengthy approvals
Would be a plus:
- Experience with projects in the entertainment/events/hospitality niches
- Experience working with authors and bloggers
- Editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, VN, and similar)
Format: fully remote. Project work for 1 month.

- Specialists without cases with real accounts

- Those without experience with the American audience
