Looking for a strong AI Engineer / Agent Architect to create a personal AI Chief of Staff based on OpenClaw / Moltbot (or a compatible architecture with mandatory compatibility/migration to OpenClaw/Moltbot).
I need not a chatbot, but a full-fledged “smart assistant”: 1 managing agent + a pool of worker agents that delegate tasks, check each other, assess quality, and continuously improve processes.
Goal
A 24/7 system that:
takes my goals and breaks them down into tasks,
delegates between LLM/tools,
controls the quality of results (multi-level),
saves tokens/resources (without greediness and dumb cycles),
offers new skills and improvements (implementation only with my approval).
Priority Areas
1) AI Influencer Factory
Creating and managing several digital characters (virtual influencers: style, tone, content strategy), content generation (text/photo/video), publication pipeline for Telegram / Instagram / TikTok, engagement analytics, and scaling.
2) Builder + Trend Hunter
The agent must be able to code, build quick MVPs (websites, mini-SaaS, utilities), monitor trends/signals, and timely provide actionable alerts + weekly plan.
Mandatory Technical Requirements
Base: OpenClaw / Moltbot (or equivalent with a clear migration/compatibility plan).
Architecture: Supervisor/Orchestrator + Workers (content, research, coding, QA, auditor, trend-watcher, etc.).
Task queue, priorities, retries, timeouts, parallel execution.
Self-review + double-check + auditor-quality control.
JSON/JSONL logs, memory, decision history, retention/cleanup.
Model Router (cheap / balanced / premium) + budget limits (day/week/month).
Integrations: OpenRouter + (if possible) Syntx for more cost-effective content generation.
Powerful models are needed with a minimum of unjustified failures on legal work tasks.
Security
Server, keys, accounts, and tokens — on my side.
Developer access — only temporary, then full revocation.
SSH keys only, basic hardening (firewall/fail2ban), secret control.
Complete project handover: code, docker-compose, runbook, backup/restore, rights schema.
