niche: architectural psychology (the influence of space on state/thinking/habits).
Goal for 2026: sell ~600 copies of the book + simultaneously strengthen personal brand and trust.
Work Format
Long-term, start: 1 month trial
Calls: once a week (20–40 minutes) + short touches in correspondence
Revisions will be (usually 1–2 rounds on materials — a calm attitude is important)
Channels: Instagram (main), — duplicates in TikTok/YouTube Shorts
Areas of Responsibility
The marketer is responsible for:
content strategy (sections, warming up, offers, funnel for the book)
texts and scripts (primarily stories, plus reels)
video editing (reels/shorts, story cuts from my shoots)
weekly tracking of tasks/results
if experienced: setting up/managing paid advertising (specifically, as needed)
I (the author) am responsible for:
shooting source materials according to agreed scripts
expert content and meanings
quick approvals and responses regarding the project
What exactly needs to be done each week (minimum basic volume)

3 days of active stories
texts/plans for stories: blocks for 2–3 days ahead
mandatory elements: engagement (poll/question/reaction), benefit/story, soft CTA

2–3 videos per week (script + editing + cover/subtitles)

Добрый день! Про "маркетинговый отдел" я взял из вашего же описания.
В вакансии вы указали: "Маркетолог отвечает за контент-стратегию, прогревы, офферы, воронку под книгу и еженедельный трекинг задач". Это и есть чистый маркетинг и управление, а не просто "писать тексты".
Если мы убираем стратегию, воронки, аналитику и оставляем только руки (монтаж 10-12 роликов в месяц + копирайтинг сторис), то даже чисто технически этот объем работы занимает 40-50 часов в месяц.
220 евро — это ставка ~4 евро в час. Квалифицированный специалист не работает по такой ставке.
