About the project The territorial community is seeking a modern content creator who will help to effectively highlight the life of the community, the work of the local government, and create video content that is understandable and interesting for residents. Our goal is to make communication open, professional, and modern. Main responsibilities creating scripts for short videos; filming events, interviews, and reports; editing videos for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok; creating vertical Reels and Shorts; adding subtitles, infographics, titles; preparing previews (covers) for videos; quickly editing materials after important events; proposing own ideas for improving the community's information work. Requirements experience in creating modern video content; proficient in editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or equivalents); understanding of social media algorithms; ability to work with dynamic reporting material; proficient in Ukrainian language; responsibility, discipline, and adherence to deadlines; creativity and a desire to develop the community's information policy. Advantages experience working with government institutions or local authorities; skills in working with drones; basic photography skills; knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
