    опустите подключение css файлов вниз в футер перед тегом </body>.
    В <head></head> оставьте только подключение style.css

    Что бы не ругался валидатор на css внизу пропишите property='stylesheet'

    вот пример:
    <link href="css/fonts.css" property='stylesheet' rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">

    Это скорее всего выведет ваш сайт в зелёную зону. Но для удобства пользователей придётся повозиться до зелёной зоны
