По поводу PDF. Его отредактировать не получится. Кроме того, в этом файле есть довольно грубые ошибки, которые вылезут при печати. Нужно всю брошюру верстать заново, используя PDF в качестве образца при создании нового макета.
Я вижу здесь несколько работ.
1. Распознавание текстов (в РDF они все переведены в кривые) ≈ 150—170 грн.
2. Извлечение из файла векторной графики (логотипы, пиктограммы и т.п.) ≈ 150—170 грн.
3. Извлечение из файла растровых изображений и их допечатная подготовка. ≈ 170—200 грн.
5. Подготовка нового макета ≈ 250—300 грн.
4. Верстка новой брошюры. 24 страницы ≈ 350—360 грн.
Думаю, что увеличивать кегль основного текста до 18 пт. это очень много. При размере брошюры A5 это будет смотреться ужасно. Максимум здесь 10—11 пт.
Итого, за всю работу 1000—1200 грн.
