Create a universal formula for calculating the price of goods, so in the future it will be enough to enter the purchase price and automatically receive the recommended selling price. Suggest recommendations for different pricing approaches (fixed markup, markup depending on the product category, minimum margin, competitor prices, etc.) and justify which option will be the most effective in my case. Expected result As a result, I want to receive: a detailed financial analysis; conclusions and recommendations; calculation of the optimal markup; a ready model in Excel or Google Sheets with formulas; the ability to change input parameters (purchase price, desired profit level, commissions, expenses, etc.) and automatically receive a new recommended selling price. Additionally After completing the analysis, an online consultation is required (30–60 minutes), during which the logic of the calculations needs to be explained, how to use the model shown, answer my questions, and provide recommendations for further use of this model.
