Требования:
1. Хорошо знать: HTML/CSS/JS/PHP
2. Уметь работать с MySQL и запросами
3. Быть на "ты" с Wordpress и понимать структуру типового шаблона
4. Быть готовым ко встрече со множеством костылей/нетипичных для WP решений (потому что у нас есть отдельное API)
4а. Уметь писать свой код
5. Задавать вопросы прежде чем внести правки
6. Задавать вопросы просто так - чем больше, тем лучше. Мы ребята коммуникабельные и всегда готовы на диалоги.
P.S. Скилл "Я умею поставить вордпресс, натянуть шаблон и немного переделать стили" - это не скил. И вы не тянете на Junior. Не подавайте свои кандидатуры!
P.P.S. Git'а или системы контроля версий у проекта нет - будь готов к хардкору и олдскулу =)
