Ну я точно понимаю, что у них происходит.
1. Практически то же самое, что и у многих айтишников на данный момент :-)
IT компанії все більше наймають "не айтішників".

Частка наймів у нетехнічних категоріях виросла з 12% першому кварталі 2021 до 16% в 2022 і до 20% минулого кварталу. До нетехнічних категорій відносяться маркетологи, сейлзи, HR і рекрутери тощо.
За останні 3 місяця сейлзів найняли вдвічі більше, ніж за перший квартал 2022. Також виросли найми маркетологів (на 67%), художників (на 53%) і Flutter програмістів (на 32%). Не значно, але збільшилась кілість наймів у DevOps, Python і PHP. Golang i Node.js — майже без змін.
Найми QA впали на 17%, але QA Automation — на 14% збільшились.
Найбільше падіння у наймах в категоріях Unity (-37%), Recruiter (-36%), Data Science (-31%), а серед програмістів — .NET (-27%).
2. Тотальное обучение, так как в данном сегменте им и QA легче войти в ИТ)
3. И главное, что я понимаю, что кроме грамотно составленного резюме и сопроводительного письма дял того, чтобьы его заметили, еще важно настроить человека так, чтобы он хотел получить эту работу и был уверен в том, что он знает :-)
