Car sharing of electric cars in Ukraine

Goal: Create a convenient and technological service for short-term rental of Tesla cars, which will provide users with a high level of comfort, speed, and eco-friendliness in transportation.

Basic functionality:

1. Website: Modern and mobile site with intuitive navigation.
2. Interactive map: Display of available Tesla cars on the map with information on location and charge level.
3. Registration and authorization: Simple and fast registration through a form, social networks, and/or BankID/Дія with document upload for verification.
4. Personal account: Profile management, bookings, payment details, trip history.
5. Booking and payment: Convenient selection of car, rental time, and online payment.
6. Rental management: Unlock/lock car via the app, monitor location and charge.
7. Photo/video documentation: Mandatory documentation of car condition before and after rental for security purposes.
8. Rental completion zones: Clear designation of allowed rental completion zones.
9. Insurance: Transparent insurance conditions, actions in case of insurance event.

Implementation stages:

1. Minimum Viable Product: In the first stage, create a working product with basic functionality that can be launched in the market to receive initial feedback from users, address errors, nuances, and then continue product development based on feedback received.

2. Development and scaling: Gradual expansion of functionality and service improvement based on user needs analysis:

• Development of a mobile application;
• Implementation of additional features: AR navigation, Gamification, (mentioned as an example), other additional services;
• Expansion of car fleet and coverage geography.

Main idea: Create a highly convenient and technological car-sharing service that will be an attractive alternative to private cars and stand out from competitors due to premium car fleet, innovative solutions, and fast car booking.
