Customize the plugin for Woocommerce WordPress plugin GUI

It is necessary to develop a GUI on WordPress. Only the WordPress backend. I have attached a photo of the front design for understanding.
The site sells virtual products (images, PDFs, videos, etc.) on WooCommerce.
Each product has sub-products (it is necessary to create a connection between products, a hierarchy).
All nested sub-products are available by subscription - conditionally Gold, Silver, Bronze. (implement subscription logic)
Purchasing subscriptions of different levels = access to sub-products.
There is a customer cabinet, a library of available sub-products I had access to a month ago, even though they are no longer available. (implement a product library that I had access to in history).
So an example of the mechanics -
I am a buyer, I choose the Gold subscription on the site and receive a new weekly issue (sub-product) of the Batman comic (product).
There are also other products on the site - a Superman comic, which contains its own sub-products - the Gold subscription is a Daily comic, Silver - a monthly comic.
Also, in my customer cabinet, I have access to all comics that were available to me over the last 10 years, even if they have not been on sale for 5 years - I have access to my archived products.
Currently, it is implemented approximately and takes a long time to configure through -

The task is to create a custom solution that will simplify the management of these processes - uploading, configuring, editing subscriptions, changing hierarchies, etc.

1) Upload
The content upload process will take place thanks to the bulk import function, which will allow uploading several sub-products or releases at once, setting the required access level and connection to the main product without repeated individual settings.
2) Configuration, Editing, Changing Hierarchy
These processes will occur thanks to a custom unified interface, where the administrator can easily set access levels (Gold, Silver, Bronze) for products and sub-products and create hierarchical connections between them in just a few clicks.
I do not have experience specifically with WordPress, but I have experience working with the Magnolia CMS.
