Goal: to bring the customer back and encourage a repeat order with payment upon delivery.
Required:
In KeyCRM, set up a trigger for:
new orders
status: “unpaid”
Automatically send the buyer a message with:
an explanation that the payment did not go through
an offer to repeat the order
a recommendation to choose payment upon delivery
Ensure correct operation only for Rozetka.
Task 2 — Non-collection (Nova Poshta / Rozetka delivery)
Goal: to reduce the number of non-collections and automatically close such orders.
Required:
In KeyCRM, set up triggers for orders:
delivery: Nova Poshta and Rozetka delivery
status: arrived at the branch / pickup point
Set up automatic reminders for the buyer:
on the 3rd day after arrival
on the 4th day
on the 5th day
Messages should motivate to pick up the order to avoid returns.
If the order is received — the chain of messages stops.
If the order is not received and is returned — automatically:
change the status
close the order as “non-collection”.
