Main Responsibilities:
Receive sketches, floor plans, or blueprints from managers or via the platform (scanned documents, photos, PDFs, DWG, etc.)
Create accurate 3D models of furniture or kitchens based on provided materials
Take into account real utility placements (water, plumbing, electricity) when modeling
Deliver results in the form of:
Rendered images (visualizations)
3D files (SketchUp, FBX, STL, or similar)
Technical drawings (PDF or JPG if required)
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in kitchen or furniture design
Good understanding of utility constraints (plumbing, electricity, ventilation)
Proficiency in:
Required: SketchUp or 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona
Optional: AutoCAD, Blender, Fusion 360
Ability to read architectural drawings, Buro BTI plans, or hand-drawn sketches
Strong attention to detail and deadline compliance
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of materials (MDF, laminated chipboard, fittings like Blum, Hafele)
Experience collaborating with kitchen manufacturers or carpentry teams
Basic communication skills with clients
Example Task:
A client uploads a PDF kitchen sketch. You create a 3D model, place furniture according to utility positions, generate 2–3 rendered views, and deliver the final files to the project manager.
