Есть установленный и работающий OTRS 5 Free.
1)Если клиент открывает форму Новой заявки, ему предоставляется некий набор Динамических полей.
Динамические поля показываются для всех типов заявок.
Необходимо настроить так, что бы у клиента был выбор, какую заявку подать - на установку, выезд сотрудника и тд.
Каждая заявка открывается со своим набор полей.
Наполнять эти заявки динамическими полями будем мы сами.
2) На данный момент, если заявка отклоняется подрядчиком , к примеру - нет всех данных, то клиент не имеет возможности редактировать заявку.
Необходимо добавить возможность редактировать заявку (добавлять данные и менять статус)
