45 USD The charitable foundation (legal entity) requires consultation and preparation of a basic package of documents for maintaining military accounting of employees in accordance with the CMU Resolution No. 1487 (current edition). There is actually 1 military liable employee on staff, but the accounting must be properly documented to confirm compliance (including for critical status).
What needs to be done (result "turnkey"):
1. Conduct a 60-minute consultation (online) explaining our accounting model: what we keep, what/when we submit to the TCC.
2. Prepare and provide templates/fillable forms (Word/Excel/Google Sheets) of the minimum package:
- Orders/directive documents for the foundation (appointment of the responsible person, organization of the process)
- Lists of personal military accounting (Appendix 5) — adapted for 1 employee
- Operational accounting statement (Appendix 12)
- Templates of notifications to the TCC: Appendix 1 (about the responsible person) and Appendix 4 (about changes in data / hiring/termination)
- Other necessary documents
- Checklist “what we do every month / every year / during personnel events”
3. Explain the requirements for storing copies of the VOD, inspection journal, placement of Rules (Appendix 2).
Requirements for the performer:
1. Practical experience in maintaining military accounting at enterprises according to Order No. 1487 (preferably — 2024–2025).
2. Ability to create documents "for inspection": neat templates, logic with dates/deadlines, risk minimization.
3. Confidentiality (we work with personal data).
