У мене вже був схожий кейс із клієнтом, який виробляв мобільні будинки з поетапним виробництвом — усього 16 етапів. На 11-му етапі ми стикнулися з плутаниною щодо характеристик продукції. Ми шукали альтернативні рішення, частково переписали процес і додали роботу з серіями, але остаточного ідеального рішення, яке було б справді зручним, знайти не вдалося.
Тут важливо зрозуміти одне: незалежно від того, який спосіб ви оберете для обліку, дані все одно доведеться вносити і правильно пов’язувати з номенклатурою. Також потрібно враховувати, що собівартість розраховується саме на підставі коректних характеристик. Нетипові рішення часто ускладнюють цей процес і не дають бажаного результату.
