I need a consultation or is it even possible to organize options for cooperation between an individual entrepreneur (FOP) and a limited liability company (LLC) where I am both an FOP and a co-founder of the LLC and its director... as well as between the LLC and a foreign company, where I am a co-founder and director in both), and if so, how to do it correctly, as well as what threats (for example, excessive attention from regulatory authorities) exist and how to minimize them. If not, how to bypass these restrictions. What other options are there?

A brief explanation of why I need to do this. This is mainly needed to bypass the restrictions of the grant and the requirements of the grantor, as well as other nuances related, for example, to the fact that I am abroad. But do not focus solely on the grant; this explanation is purely for understanding. The essence of the consultation is described above. 

• The grant has many restrictions, and there are also other nuances, for example, that I live abroad and I want to implement the project for which the grant was issued there.
• I need to buy some components and equipment and deliver them here (abroad), which does not meet the documentary requirements of the grantor. Also, I need to buy many such details from foreign online stores, meaning I can only pay with a card - there are restrictions from the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), plus such confirming documents do not suit the grantor.
• Among other restrictions, there are, for example, limits on the maximum salary amount. Accordingly, I will not even be able to pay myself for my work, as I work on the project 60-80 hours a week. I will either have to pay myself at a significantly lower rate than the market rate or significantly underpay myself. 
• I also want to use the services of freelancers (hiring someone for a short term does not make sense), but many such platforms do not provide the documents required by the grantor, or the payment is made online by card.
• The grant budget is structured so that most expenses go to services (the work that I actually do). This is what I plan to use.
• There are also other nuances...

Among the options I am considering are:

• A foreign company (where I am a co-founder and CEO) provides services to a Ukrainian LLC (where I am a co-founder and director) that has been granted a grant.
  • I will be able to freely purchase equipment on behalf of the foreign company with delivery abroad. I will not have to confirm this to the grantor in any way.
  • I will be able to officially pay myself a salary abroad, fairly.
• An individual entrepreneur (I, as a natural person entrepreneur) provides services to an LLC (where I am a co-founder and director) that has been granted a grant.
  • Accordingly, I will be able to freely hire freelancers and buy online with a card for details with delivery abroad (within the NBU restrictions) - as an ordinary individual, and I will not need to confirm this to the grantor in any way.
  • I would also be able to fairly pay for my work (as income from the FOP), and use part of that money either to purchase equipment from online stores (with delivery abroad) or to hire someone.
  • The downside is that I will have to pay taxes, but this is not a high price for it.
  • Also, I will not be able to use those funds properly abroad due to NBU restrictions, but over time I could use them all, transfer them.
• A combination of these two options:
  • As an FOP - I could use this money to buy small equipment from online stores with delivery abroad (if doing this through a foreign company - I would probably have to deal with customs, but it could be done without customs if delivered directly to me as an ordinary individual)
  • Through a foreign company, I could purchase more expensive equipment on local markets, and I could also pay myself a salary or simply keep the money in the company's account.
