1. Documentary confirmation of compliance with the qualification criterion "Availability of documented experience in the execution of similar (similar) contracts for the subject of procurement/
2. 1. Information about the absence of grounds specified in paragraph 47 of the Special Features (except for subparagraphs 1 and 7 of this paragraph) is confirmed by the participant through self-declaration of the absence of such grounds in the electronic procurement system during the submission of the tender proposal, namely by filling out separate electronic fields in the electronic procurement system (placing a "checkmark"). In case the Customer discovers errors (inconsistencies) in the information provided by the Participant about the absence of grounds specified in paragraph 47 of the Special Features during the review of the Participant's tender proposal, made when filling out the relevant electronic fields, the Participant provides a certificate in free form to eliminate such inconsistencies in the submitted information in accordance with paragraph 43 of the Special Features, since there is no mechanism for correcting errors in electronic fields in the electronic procurement system.

SECTION 3: Documents confirming the compliance of the tender proposal with the requirements for technical, quality, and quantitative characteristics of the subject of procurement, as well as other requirements of the legislation
1. The Technical Specification signed by the participant in accordance with Appendix 5 to the tender documentation or the letter of consent from the participant with the conditions of the Technical Specification provided in Appendix 5 to the tender documentation.
2. To confirm the compliance of the proposed Goods with the established requirements - information and documents provided in p. 3.3 of Section III of Appendix 5 to the tender documentation.
3. In case the Participant of the procurement offers an equivalent product, they must additionally provide a comparative table with detailed technical characteristics of the proposed equivalent and supporting technical documents regarding quality as part of the proposal. The proposed equivalent product must be fully identical in descriptive, quantitative, physical, and technical characteristics to the product and provide the same or better quality, operational, or functional properties.
SECTION 4: Other information and/or documents established in accordance with the legislation (for PARTICIPANTS - legal entities, individuals, and individual entrepreneurs)
2. Documents confirming the authority of the official or representative of the participant in the procurement procedure regarding the signing of documents of the tender proposal and entering information into the electronic fields of the tender proposal:
2.1. Decision on the appointment of the head (extract/excerpt from the protocol or other directive document of the body of the enterprise/institution/organization whose competence, according to the statutory documents, includes making such a decision - if available and necessary);
2.2. Order for the appointment of the head.
2.3. In case the tender proposal (documents of the tender proposal) is signed by an authorized person of the participant (representative), the participant additionally provides:
2.3.1. Extract from the protocol of participants and/or power of attorney and/or assignment confirming the authority of the official (position) of the participant to sign the tender proposal (documents of the tender proposal) for the subject of procurement;
2.3.2. Order for the appointment of the official (position) of the participant.
2.3. For an individual, including an individual entrepreneur: not required.
2.4. If the tender proposal is submitted by a consortium of participants (consortia of enterprises), documents on the establishment of such a consortium must be submitted:
2.4.1 Decision on the formation of the consortium and the charter;
2.4.2. Founding agreement and/or charter;
2.4.3. Founding contract and/or charter.
5. If the participant is not obliged to compile one or several of the documents specified in this tender documentation according to the norms of current legislation, such a participant provides a letter of explanation in free form indicating the legislative grounds for not providing the documents or not applying an electronic signature; or provides a copy/copies of explanations from state authorities regarding this.
