Task description:
We are looking for a attentive and motivated content manager to work with the administrative part of an auto parts online store.
In the first stage, it is necessary to process and add about 50,000 products to the website. The work includes preparing and verifying data, setting up the catalog and filters, as well as further updating and maintaining the relevance of information.
What needs to be done:
✅ Process and prepare product data received from the parser in Excel tables;
✅ Check the correctness and completeness of data using our internal software;
✅ Perform automatic translation of product descriptions through our software;
✅ Add new products and update existing ones via import/export;
✅ Set up categories and filters for proper display on the site;
✅ Check the final result: how product cards, specifications, filters, and descriptions are displayed;
✅ Build a process for regular updating and filling of the catalog.
Requirements:
🔹 Experience as a content manager or online store administrator (preferably with a large assortment);
🔹 Confident knowledge of Excel (working with large tables, filters, formulas);
🔹 Experience importing/exporting data in CMS;
🔹 Attentiveness, responsibility, systematic approach to work;
🔹 Desire to develop and grow together with the project.

Format and scope of work:
📌 First stage — adding and configuring approximately 50,000 products (approximately 1–2 months);
