For a website that specializes in the HoReCa segment - hotel and restaurant business, we are looking for a content manager (preferably a person from Kyiv or nearby cities, so they can come to the office once a week).
What do we need?
1. Work experience:
• Experience in content management for websites, blogs, social media, or other platforms (usually from 1 year).
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or similar.
2. Writing and editing skills:
• Excellent writing skills: the ability to write interesting, clear, and grammatically correct texts.
• Experience working with various types of content (articles, news, reviews, product descriptions, etc.).
• Ability to edit content, check it for style and grammatical correctness.
3. SEO knowledge:
• Knowledge of the basics of search engine optimization (SEO) for writing content that meets search engine requirements.
• Experience with SEO analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
4. Organizational skills:
• Ability to plan and coordinate content strategies.
5. Knowledge of graphic editors:
• Basic skills in graphic programs (Photoshop, Canva, Figma) for preparing visual content.
6. Analytical abilities:
• Ability to analyze content effectiveness using analytical tools and make appropriate adjustments.
• Ability to track KPIs such as website traffic, engagement levels with content, and conversions.
7. Creativity:
• Ability to generate new ideas for content and adapt materials for different audiences and platforms.
8. Communication skills:
• Ability to work in a team with marketers, designers, programmers, and other stakeholders.
