Не вижу логики. То есть если я не работал именно над 100% идентичным проектом вы делаете выводы. Некоторые работы я просто не огу показывать из-за НДА. Вы не показали ни примеров стиля, ни хотя бы названия уже существующих проектов. Если илюстрация должна бытьв 2д, то я могу сделать согласно референсам. А по факту вы сейчас просто обесценкой занимаетесь.

Сергей, я уверен у вас большой опыт работы в сфере. У меня, к сожалению, нет возможности проверить каждого и в данном случае, опираясь на свой опыт, я ищу другого исполнителя.

Ну так а что за таинство с вашими референсами? В чем проблема показать их сразу? Боитесь что украдут или что? Здесь такие правила, вы даете всю информацию о потенциальном проекте здесь, в описании задачи, чтобы люди знали тратить время на подачу заявки или нет. А вы тут какие то отборочные туры устроили. Вы программист? Если да то вопосов больше нет.

Уточните, пожалуйста, в задании ведь это указано или вы не вбили название игры в гугл?

Ну тоесть вы не увидели аниме стилистику а портфолио и сделали вывод что художник не способен её выполнить. Даже если очевидно что это дело анализа и адапации под стилистику вы тем не менее обтрасываете годных художников . И это я не про себя.

В любом случае уже видно что возникнут моменты недопонимания даже в случае положительного решения.

Как художник художнику могу посоветовать немного почистить портфолио от артов низкого качества и фотобаша (девушка с арбузом). У вас есть отличные работы, но на общем фоне остальных выглядит не очень.
И не стоит так близко к сердцу воспринимать отказы ✌️

Спасибо . Половина работ на стади ВИПов и я их периодически апдейчу. Но я не в геймдев компанию устраиваюсь, у нас тут фриланс. Когда устраиавлся в геймдев оставлял 5-6 работ ибо знаю как веду набор эйчары. Сейчас же открыл чуть больше. Но сам факт оценки опытных кандидатов как неспособных только потому что у них нет анимешного стиля в портфолио такое себе. Я этого не понимаю. В конце концов я могу некоторые рисунки показать только в переписке но до неё дело не доходит прям с проходняка. В портфолио их выставлять не могу. Все равно что сказать водителю тойоты что он не умеет ездить потому что он не ездил на ламборгини.

Ну фриланс или геймдев - разница нулевая. Заказчик видит 1 хороший арт, второй "хромой" и делает вывод, что:
1) у исполнителя "плавает" скилл.
2) он малоопытен.
Особенно, когда планка стоит под арт Геншина (дело не в анимэ). Это уровень выше среднего (намного), что даже я не берусь рисковать ставить ставки. Тем более в арте понадобится использование 3-д маппинга, картографии и высокой детализации.

Раджу взагалі не робити ставки на проєкти, де такий великий відсоток відхилених. Там навіть якщо вас оберуть (бувало в мене і таке), 100% будуть проблеми із замовником. Ось тому я і не робила ставку тут) Тим паче, референсів стилю немає.
