Координатор проекта
Компания по работе с персоналом ищет на проектную работу координатора рабочего процесса.
Обязанности:
Координация существующей команды дистанционных сотрудников из 10 человек;
Поиск новых сотрудников, проведение первичного собеседования, адаптация сотрудников;
Требования:
- Опыт работы с персоналом в сфере менеджмента;
- Опыт поиска и найма сотрудников;
- Умение расположить к себе, внимательность и вежливость в общении;
- Уровень владения английским B2 и выше — вся работа, включая собеседования, проходит на английском языке.
- Компьютерная грамотность: Google Docs и тд;
- Оперативное ведение корреспонденции;
- Умение разобраться в новых рабочих процессах, не требующих специального образования.
Условия:
- Занятость на первые 2 месяца — до 4 часов в день с пн по пт, далее — увеличение объемов работы, обязанностей и, конечно же, зарплаты;
- Удаленная работа, за своим компьютером.
