В таком случае, каждая исправленная ошибка - 1 грн. Вместо того, чтобы полноценно платить за перевод, перевели каким-то гуглем, и корректируй после него. Сочувствую согласившимся на такую работу, особенно, профессионалам.

Когда я ставлю задачу, я ожидаю результат в таком виде, который мне не нужно будет дополнительно редактировать. Иначе, мне проще самому сделать:)

Если я ставлю задачу подчиненному на работе - и он некачественно ее выполнил - я могу сделать, например, ему выговор, лишить премии или уволить. Все три варианта позволят простимулирую его более ОТВЕТСТВЕННО относится к взятым на себя ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬСТВАМ и обезопасить себя от его ошибок в будущем. Самый мягкий вариант - выговор, без "штрафных санкций". Здесь важно идти именно в такой последовательности, так как это ДОЛГОСРОЧНЫЕ отношения между людьми.

Если я ставлю задачу фрилансеру - я не буду иметь никаких деловых отношений с ним в будущем (в отличие от подчиненного), и поэтому мне нужно обезопасить себя от возможных ошибок. Самый эффективный из них - это наложением "штрафа" за ошибки. Возьмите любой договор между двумя сторонами - везде они содержат пункт о ответственности за невыполнение условий договора. Тот же подход и у задачи. Есть условия. Есть ответственность.

Если исполнитель боится взять ответственность за качественно выполненную работу, он у меня не в приоритете.

Подумайте для себя, не отвечайте, как бы Вы, в роли заказчика, мотивировали исполнителя выполнять задачу качественно?
