Technical task for adjustments in BAS

Programs: Small Business and Accounting

1. Automatic opening and closing of orders

In Small Business, when creating an order (ZN), automatically set the opening time to 08:00.

When closing the ZN or the status Completed by the manager, automatically set the closing time to 18:00.

The process occurs completely automatically, but with possible manual adjustments.

2. Checkbox for synchronizing orders

In the ZN form, create a checkbox "Transfer to Accounting".

During synchronization, only those ZNs where this checkbox is checked will be transferred.

If the checkbox is unchecked — the ZN will not be transferred.

3. Checkbox for synchronizing acts of completed work, expenses, and payments

Similarly to ZN, in the documents Act of Completed Work, expenses, and Payment, create a checkbox "Transfer to Accounting".

Only documents with the checkbox will be transferred.

4. Automatic processing of ZN in Accounting

When processing ZN in Small Business, this document should be automatically processed in Accounting.

This applies only to ZN (acts and payments remain under standard logic).

Currently, there is a problem in Accounting where the document is not processed

5. Automatic synchronization

Synchronization between Small Business and Accounting is triggered by an event — when processing ZN.

This will allow receiving up-to-date data without delays.

6. After making changes, clear Accounting and synchronize Small Business and Accounting with new inputs (not all ZNs, not all Acts, expenses, and payments are transferred)
