Курсовой проект по SolidWorks (SolidCAM)
Нужно сгенерировать программу токарной обработки заготовки шестерни и программу фрезерной обработки заготовки шестерни в SolidWorks (SolidCAM).
1. Проектирование 3Д модели детали типа вращения в которой присутствуют: комплекс наружных цилиндрических поверхностей, комплекс внутренних цилиндрических поверхностей. Кроме перечисленных должна быть конусная поверхность, радиусы сопряжений отличных от радиуса режущего инструмента, канавки.
2. Построение примерного плана обработки детали типа вращения.
3. Проектирование УП с использованием программных средств SolidCAM с использованием различных стратегий обработки.
4. Проектирование 3Д модели пресс формы для последующей обработки на фрезерном станке с ЧПУ использую три координаты.
5. Проектирование УП с использованием различных стратегий черновой, получистовой и чистовой обработки с выбором необходимым режущим инструментом, назначением режимов резания, заданием необходимых плоскостей безопасности, определение местоположения зажимных приспособлений в случае необходимости.
