The site is currently hosted on a VPS/virtual server. A new site needs to be created on WordPress on new hosting, and after the development is completed, the domain sovbau.com should be switched from the current VPS to the new hosting.
The old custom code does not need to be transferred.
The current site should be used as:
— a visual reference;
— a source of important photos and materials;
— a source of general information about the company.
After the work is completed, the site owner should be able to independently edit texts, photos, services, projects, contact details, pages, gallery, and main blocks of the site through the WordPress admin panel.2. Corporate Email and DNS The corporate email will be hosted on a separate email hosting.
There is no need to set up email on the site hosting.
When connecting the new hosting, only DNS records related to the site can be changed, for example:
— A record;
— CNAME.
It is not allowed to change or disrupt the operation of email DNS records:
— MX;
— SPF;
— DKIM;
— DMARC.
Switching the site to new hosting should not disrupt the operation of corporate email.3. Main Scope of Work It is necessary to: Install and configure WordPress on the new hosting. Create a new corporate website on WordPress for the domain sovbau.com. During the development, host the new site at a technical address, subdomain, or temporary environment so that the current site continues to operate until the project is completed. After completion and verification of the new site, switch the domain sovbau.com from the current VPS/virtual server to the new hosting. Preserve and transfer important photos and materials from the old site. Organize the transferred photos and materials into a separate gallery. Make the German version of the site the main one. Create an additional English version of the site. Set up convenient switching between the German and English versions. Update contact details: use corporate addresses on the domain sovbau.com instead of Gmail. Create a modern corporate design for the electrical installation company. Ensure responsive display of the site on computers, tablets, and phones. Set up a contact form on the "Contact" page. Set up a separate request submission form via the button Anfrage senden. Configure the sending of messages and requests to the specified corporate email. Set up an SSL certificate so that the site opens correctly via HTTPS. Set up basic SEO based on the provided texts: — correct structure of H1 and H2 headings;

— professional presentation of services and completed projects.
The old site does not need to be copied one-to-one.
The design and structure of the current site can be reworked and improved. The new site should be similar in overall visual direction but look more modern, neat, and user-friendly.
The freelancer can suggest improvements:
— page structures;
— block placements;
— main menu;
— mobile version;
— gallery;
— contact form;
— request form;
— visual presentation of services;
— buttons and calls to action.
Significant changes to the structure and design must be agreed upon in advance.5. Site Structure The main menu should include the following sections: Home About the Company Services Projects / References Gallery For Partners Career Contact There should also be a separate noticeable button in the top menu:

When hovering over or clicking on the "Services" item, seven main directions should open:

— Network and IT cabling systems / Cat.7;
— MSR / Building automation / KNX;
— Security and communication systems;
— Electrical connection of technical equipment.
On the "Services" page, separate blocks or cards should be created for these same seven directions.

All cards, images, and texts should be editable through WordPress.

MSR / Building Automation / KNX Installation of cables, assembly and connection of measurement, control, and regulation systems, KNX/Smart Building, automation, ventilation, air conditioning, valves, sensors, and actuators.6. Security and Communication Systems Installation of cables, assembly and connection of video surveillance systems, access control, security alarms, intercom, communication, and negotiation systems.7. Electrical Connection of Technical Equipment Connection of pumps, drives, sensors, control cabinets, and other technical equipment.8. Main Page The main page should include the following blocks: First screen with the main heading, company description, and button Anfrage senden. Brief block "About the Company". Block with main services. Block "Company Advantages". Block with types of objects the company works on. Map of the company's operational regions. Block "Projects / References". All main blocks of the main page should be editable through WordPress.9. Transitions from Main Page Blocks9.1. Block "About the Company" The block should contain brief information about the company.
When clicking the button Mehr über uns, "More details" or a similar button, the user should be directed to the "About the Company" page.9.2. Block with Main Services The main page should briefly showcase the main areas of the company's activities.
The block should contain a button to transition to the general "Services" page.
Separate pages for each service are not required.9.3. Block "Company Advantages" The block should show the main advantages of the company, for example:
— qualified electrical installation teams;
— experience working on large projects;
— own transport and tools;
— German or English-speaking responsible employee in the team;
— work according to project documentation and LV;
— adherence to deadlines;
— ability to increase the number of workers depending on the project volume.
At the bottom of the block, a button Mehr über uns or "More about the company" should be placed.
When clicked, the user should be directed to the "About the Company" page.
The block does not necessarily need to be fully clickable.9.4. Block with Types of Objects The main page should show the main types of objects the company works on, for example:
— industrial facilities;
— hospitals and medical institutions;
— office and administrative buildings;
— residential complexes;
— commercial properties;
— technical and server rooms;
— new buildings;
— reconstructed objects.
A separate page for this block is not required.9.5. Map of Operational Regions The main page should include a map of the company's operational regions.
It is preferable to use a map of Germany and Europe with visual highlighting of the countries or regions where the company performs or is ready to perform projects.
Next to the map, a brief text about the geography of the company's work should be provided.
The map should:
— match the overall style of the site;
— display correctly on computers, tablets, and phones;
— not significantly slow down the site's loading;
— be editable or replaceable through WordPress.
Below the map, a button Projekt anfragen or Anfrage senden leading to the application page can be placed.
A separate interactive map with the office address can be placed on the "Contact" page if necessary.9.6. Block "Projects / References" The main page should showcase several projects or references.
The block may contain:
— photos;
— project name;
— location;
— brief indication of completed works.
When clicking on a project, image, or button Alle Projekte ansehen, the user should be directed to the "Projects / References" page.
