- A Master Plan with functional and ergonomic zoning (highlighting transit zones - paths, landscaping zones - flower beds, lawns, vegetable gardens, orchards, children's areas with playgrounds, recreation areas), and placement of objects on the site: terraces, gazebos, utility blocks, etc.;
- A layout drawing with the positioning of all objects on the site;
- 3D visualization of the territory planning with all objects (possibly in two versions - "day"/"night" with lighting).
- A dendrological plan with the placement of trees, shrubs, flower beds, selection of suitable plant species, compiling a table "Statement of landscaping elements."
- A scheme of the master plan with a drainage system + vertical planning of the site (storm sewage, slopes, drainage of rainwater);
