Я так понимаю вы не собираетесь покупать готовое как на видео. потому как написав и узнав цену отпали все вопросы.
в задании не указана погрешность отклонения и количество линий.
а так да - замахнулись на эсклюзив

проэктор что на видео впритык хватит обслужить к вашей площади 6*3м. наверно уже посчитали. но там есть примечание что точность 0.025мм на 1 метр высоты и толщине луча 0.5мм (странно но допустим, нормальный лазер нужно еще поискать) может обслужить только на квадрате 2*2м при высоте 4м. так что на 6м погрешность уже будет куда больше. особенно по краям где луч размажеться.
как конструктивно устроен и работает проэктор понятно. как dxf превращается в изображение на полу тоже понятно. прототип собрать можно. единственно в чем я не уверен это в скорости отрисовки - в количестве линий что может быть отображено. не даром на всех видео рисуються только пару прямоугольников и пару линий/точек, и все высокоточные изображения (текст) при малом угле.
