Easy Telegram bot.
Hello. It is necessary to create a Telegram bot with a small functionality.
The tasks are as follows: The bot will be for checking the reputation of sellers. (Scam list)
What needs to be obtained: 1. Adding information - a person should be able to submit a request to add information about a scammer or add reputation (Without verification). If adding information about a scam, they send the username or channel. The name, Telegram ID, and comments with photos (correspondence or other evidence) are pulled under the username. This information goes for verification to me - I confirm or reject it. Upon confirmation, it goes into the general database and is subsequently checked by the bot and provided to the user upon search.
2. Checking information
A person writes to the bot the username or link to the channel, group, and then the bot retrieves from the database what is available (If there are confirmed evidence of fraud added according to point 1 - it will be displayed to the person). It is important that the check is done by Telegram ID (If the username changes - it will still be found)
3. Adding the bot to a Telegram chat, where one can, for example, enter the command /checkscam username or Telegram ID and the information will be displayed in the chat.
