We are looking for a lead generator who will help us attract new clients through Google and Meta Ads.
We sell services (B2B / B2C segment). We already have clearly established sales funnels — we just need a stable flow of quality traffic.
💼 Your tasks:
setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram);
keyword selection, ad creation, audience segmentation;
generating warm leads (applications, calls, messages in messengers);
weekly reporting on results (cost per lead, number of applications, etc.).
💰 Payment:
10% of the closed deal brought by your traffic;
average check — from 800 € and above;
payment immediately after client payment confirmation;
no fixed fee — purely based on results.
✅ Requirements:
experience with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite;
understanding how the sales funnel for services works;
ability to quickly test and scale campaigns;
responsibility and transparency in reporting (UTM, analytics, CRM).
