    Social Media Marketing (SMM)
    This is about an Instagram store. We worked on 3 aspects: content/advertising/direct messages.

    What we did:
    1. Outlined audience segments and communication strategy.
    2. Analyzed sales scripts. Provided recommendations on what to pay attention to.
    3. Launched a section in the content with live broadcasts featuring new products/discounts.
    4. Advertised different products and analyzed them in terms of conversion to sales, thus identifying leading products.

    Results:
    1. Reduced the selling price from $10 to $4.5.
    2. Increased conversion to sales from 20% to 32%.

    Another project for a previous client. Similarly, selling a course directly. Average check - $300.

    What we did:
    1. Analyzed the target audience in more depth
    2. Found meanings and pain points that we addressed in the advertising
    3. Additionally conducted A/B tests of landing pages. Completely changed the landing page.

    Results:
    1. Advertising budget $3600
    2. Revenue - $1000
    3. ROAS - 277%
    4. Landing page conversion - increased from 3% to 6.3%

    What worked:
    1. We conducted deep analytics for each campaign and each creative throughout the funnel (total leads/qualified leads/invoiced/sale). Accordingly, we clearly saw which creative (even if it initially seemed more expensive) provided better conversion to sales and optimal selling price.

    2. We completely changed the school's landing page. Made it smaller in blocks, showcased student cases, included all the main benefits of this course that competitors do not have, and more. Launched the old landing page with the new one in A/B testing and achieved twice the conversion of the landing page.

    And all this is possible thanks to 3 components on which our formula is built:

    Our client is the polyethylene products plant "PLAST BAK". For this project, we launched contextual advertising: search ads, GDN, remarketing.

    Results:

    3. Cost per application - 61.6 UAH

    We analyzed past campaigns, changed the strategy, and as a result, reduced the cost per application by 65.8% and increased the number of applications by 2.6 times while maintaining the same advertising budget that the client used earlier with another contractor.
