Lead Generation — Test Project

Hello! We are looking for a systematic lead generator / information search specialist for the quick and quality collection of a database of potential clients for a Ukrainian manufacturing company (plastic products).

Task: To create a database of potential B2B clients (exactly 150 valid leads) in Google Sheets. For each company, you need to find direct contacts of the procurement department (supply, purchasing, category managers: current phone, email, and if available — Viber/Telegram).

Priority by categories (we move sequentially until we collect 150 leads):

1. Seats for electric transport

2. Stadium seats

3. Packaging (plastic boxes)

4. Garden products (lawn grids, balcony boxes)

5. Household goods (buckets, basins)

Priority by regions:

1. Lviv region
2. Western regions
3. Central Ukraine
4. East and South.

Data to be collected and filled in:

1. Category
2. Region
3. Company name
4. Type of activity
5. Procurement department
6. Phone (Viber, TG)
7. Email
8. Website
9. Lead source
10. Status
11. Notes

STOP-LIST: We have a ready stop-list of approximately 150 companies that we are already working with or have negotiated with. These companies must not be included in your results again. The list of excluded companies will be provided to the selected contractor before starting.

Who we are looking for: A person who can professionally and quickly search for information on Google Maps, business databases, Prozorro, LinkedIn marketplaces, etc., works neatly with spreadsheets, and can verify contacts. Skills in using AI or automated parsers to speed up the process will be a big plus, but manual quality checks are mandatory.

Conditions and deadlines:

• Deadline: up to 3 days from approval.

• Volume: 150 unique, quality leads with procurement department contacts (excluding the stop-list).

If the quality of the database is high, and the work is done promptly and without duplicates — we guarantee long-term cooperation on a permanent basis to scale this direction throughout Ukraine.
