Linux ARM SiP module selection from experts
226 USDI need the active in production ARM CPU SiP module >= 1Ghz CPU, RAM >= 512MB, any number of cores, arm or aarch64, OS - Linux (>= 5.x) or RT-Thread but:
a) wakeup time from suspend to disk < 100ms
or
b) working in suspend to RAM mode from 3000mAh battery >= 14 days
acceptance conditions:
1) freelancer recommends h/w (SiP module, power/charger module, battery), provide video with working solution and provides firmware with source code for checking
2) I've re-checking locally
Assuming that expert is familiar with current SiP market, PMIC's for different SoC's and already know the answer.

Смотрите, ни первая ни вторая плата не умеют просыпаться с состояния suspend-to-disk за время < 100ms. По потреблению - NanoPi NEO Air не имеет на борту PMU, т.е. даже в состоянии self-refresh DRAM она жрет 200mA. А STM32MP133A вообще не подходит, так как имеет частоту 650Mhz, что очень мало для моей задачи.
