Live2D rigger
Need a Live2D avatar (model for VTube Studio).
The base character is a black cat in a military helmet with a Ukrainian flag and two bullets under a net (there is a ready reference art).
Requirements:
Prepare a PSD with layers (head, eyes, mouth, ears, helmet separately).
Create a rig in Live2D with support for:
head movements (X, Y, Z),
blinking eyes and pupil movement,
mouth opening during conversation.
Preferably: helmet physics, several emotions (neutral, angry).
Format: .moc3 + .model3.json (for VTube Studio).
The avatar must work correctly in VTube Studio (macOS).
Provide the source PSD + working model for VTube Studio.
