вам нужно чтобы именно в Excel процесс происходил ? Могу сделать программку на Access, открываете, там в окне список этих csv файлов в каталоге, или выбираете файл по кнопке, поля необходимые для заполнения, нажимаете кнопку и отчет формируется.
