Ой, опять искать эти кейсы, если честно, не хочется. А сама тематика - юридические аспекты при применении AI/ML в области мелицины очень обширна. Ну и конечно, теперь стало модно докапываться, не дискриминирует ли модель людей (по полу, рассе, и тп). Хотя и ежу понятно, что для качества моделей эти признаки существенны.
