Юрію, а які дії має зробити адміністрація на Вашу думку? Мінімальна ставка в 500 грн прописана системно. Все інше на совісті та в думках замовника та виконавця. Нажаль ринок послуг - це ринок. Тут інакше бути не може. Просто замовник має раціонально роздивлятися пропозиції можливих виконавців. Якщо 75% ставок низькі при цьому рейтинг виконавця або нульовий чи близький до того - то ж висновок сам приходить. Люди (фрілансери) ж з досвідом та відповідальністю тут вже давно зрозуміли, що потрібно одразу адекватно ставити оцінку вартості замовлення - інакше одних тільки розмов та роз'яснень на тему, чому ж має бути дорожче ніж в ставці, виникає більше ніж на півдня, які в свою чергу можна витратити на плідну працю в інших напрямках чи замовленнях.

Справа в тому, що адміністрація веде "боротьбу" з демпінгом.
Навіть в правилах є пункт який забороняє ставити ціну нижче за середню по проекту, чи пропонувати ціну в ставці нижче ніж заявлена в проекті.
Але це в теорії, а на практиці - демпінг процвітає, масово переможцями стають заявки з цінами в рази нижчими за середню.
