Scaling eCommerce for clothing manufacturing

Detailed list of tasks: 
1. Analysis of initial data and technical preparation Gather information about existing sites on the Prom and Horoshop platforms. Study the structure of the sites that require parsing. Check the requirements for Merchant (Google Shopping, Rozetka, etc.), including technical limitations and moderation rules. Assess the scope of work: number of products, characteristics, photos, etc. 

2. Parsing of sites Automated parsing: Collect data from the sites (product names, characteristics, descriptions, photos, prices). Data correctness check: Avoid duplication and incorrect entries. Identify and correct potential content quality issues (e.g., low-resolution images or discrepancies in product descriptions). 

3. Content optimization for SEO Add keywords for each product (selection of semantic core according to the theme: anime prints, military prints, football, etc.). Optimize product names to be informative and match search queries. Create unique descriptions for each product with an emphasis on the advantages of the products. 

4. Formation of product characteristics Fill in: Sizes, materials, colors, style. Care details for clothing, usage recommendations. Add general technical specifications (for printing/custom tailoring, if necessary). Check data compliance with Rozetka and Merchant requirements. 

5. Page design Develop a selling design: Use high-quality photos. Add convenient filters and categories (small groups of products by style, prints, prices). Place key product information on the pages in a way that facilitates quick purchasing decisions. 

6. Organization of products by categories Distribute products: By types of prints (anime, military, football). By types of clothing (hoodies, t-shirts, sweatshirts). By other key categories (size, seasonality, popularity, etc.). 

7. Integration with Merchant Fill in all necessary information for Google Merchant Center and Rozetka: Names, descriptions, photos. Correct categories and tagging. Create XML feeds according to platform requirements. Check products for compliance with moderation rules. 

8. Scaling Prepare a strategy for launching an additional 10-20 sites with different themes: Select domain names and create basic site templates. Identify target audiences for each theme. Organize ongoing support and content updates. 

9. Reporting and further improvement Provide a report on completed work. Conduct an effectiveness analysis (increase in orders, website traffic levels). Make adjustments to content or strategy as necessary.
