На постоянной основе готовы сотрудничать с рекрутерами по подбору рабочего персонала.
Хорошо справляются с данной задачей рекрутеры, которые живут в селах, небольших городах - они подают обьявления в местные газеты, делают расклейку, и таким образом приводят от 30 чел/мес.
В данный момент у нас потребность свыше 100 чел/мес.
За каждого человека мы оплачиваем 100-200 злотых в зависимости от сложности вакансии. Ставку оплачиваем по отработке 1 мес.
Если вы готовы предоставлять от 30 чел/мес - ставку мы сможем поднять.
Пример вакансий: разнорабочие на склады, на разделку лосося, на выкладку товара в магазин, кассиры, рабочие на фабрики, заводы, комбинаты.
Мы готовы работать с любым количеством рекрутером.
