It is necessary to take measurements of an apartment in a new building of 70m2 in Kharkiv.
(!!!) Only "numbers on a piece of paper" are needed, no need to cross out in electronic format!
Measurements needed:
- Lengths of the walls around the perimeter of the rooms
- Window and door openings: height, width, windowsills
- Thickness of walls and slopes
- Heating radiators and pipes to them
- Location of ventilation openings
- Location of sewage risers
- Height of ceilings in each room
- Location and dimensions of all technical elements, if any are found in the premises
Also - make photo documentation:
- of all rooms
- view from the windows (panoramas)
- record a video of the premises on a phone
A plan of the premises for understanding the scope of work is attached to this project.
